How long does shipping take?

Every order is celebrated, packed with love, and showered with affection before sending. 

Delivery times vary by carrier and shipping method chosen at checkout; however, typically, it is 1-3 business days for express shipping and 2 - 8 days for standard shipping after the order leaves our warehouse (in the clouds).

When can I expect my order to ship?

Your order will be shipped the same day if placed before 11am AEST. There may be a 1-2 day processing time during sale and holiday periods. Forgive us.

My shipping is delayed, what do I do?

We understand it is frustrating when your package is delayed and we are devoted to your heavenly experience. The best thing to do is to contact the courier directly regarding the delay, as this can be the quickest way to receive feedback regarding your package.
